2021 SOMMOS Rosé

2021 SOMMOS Rosé is a wine produced by Bodega SOMMOS under the Somontano D.O. with a coupage in which we find the presence of the Syrah and Garnacha varietals.

Elegant, fresh, very balanced and complex. A very good example of what an area with such a harsh climate as Somontano offers us in terms of rosé wines.

A wine that, when tasted in a still glass, reveals a pale pink color (Provençal style), with bluish reflections as the glass moves, very clean and bright.

Nose of high intensity, complex, fresh, very fruity, with hints of red fruit such as strawberries but, at the same time, with citrus contributions such as grapefruit. When the glass is aired, floral notes appear. Slight minerality in the background. A complex and elegant ensemble.

Very fresh attack on the palate but with character, with a very fruity passage, very lively on the palate, with a very good volume that fills the whole mouth, with contributions to red fruit and floral touches. A very good acidity that gives it a very good structure. Great persistence and a really long finish for a rosé wine.

A wine that after its tasting deserves the qualification of Very Good, reaching a score of 91+ points.
