N.V. Marcel Vézien L’Illustre Champagne
Today we move to France, to the wonderful Champagne area to present you this very good champagne, N.V. Marcel Vézien L’Illustre Champagne. It is made from a blend of 90% Pinot Noir, 5% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Meunier. Produced by Château Marcel Vézien.
It is aged between 38 to 42 months in rhyme.
A champagne that in the glass leaves a straw yellow color with golden reflections, lots of bubbles, fine and continuous. Medium intensity.
As soon as you approach the glass, we find a nose with considerable intensity, complex, full of nuances, ripe fruit, floral touches, herbal aromas, pastries, pastries, nuts, smoke. A very well-balanced whole.
Powerful entry on the palate with a pleasant vivacity, thanks to high acidity and a fine, very abundant and pleasant bubble that cleanses the palate very well after each sip. Lots of persistence, fruit, nuts, pastries, cakes, pastries. Quite long finish.
A very good champagne that, in addition, presents a really fantastic quality/price ratio. This champagne allows us to affirm that we can enjoy a very good champagne without having to take out a mortgage.
I certainly encourage you to try it because it is really a great tasting that awaits you and that you will enjoy at all times, with a good evolution in the glass.
