Manzanilla en Rama Pleamar
Today we are going to discover the “Manzanilla en Rama Pleamar” from the César Florido winery in Chipiona. The César Florido winery is the oldest in Chipiona, and undoubtedly one of the oldest wineries in the Marco de Jerez.
But let’s go to the tasting…
In the visual phase we find a bright straw yellow color with golden reflections. It has good density and a very clean and bright appearance.
In the olfactory phase is a chamomile of medium intensity that is decanted by the notes of green almonds, white flowers and some saline memories, yeast and chalk.
In the taste phase, it has a very powerful and sharp entry, the palate is very tasty and makes us salivate pleasantly. The retronasal has a clear predominance of dried fruit notes and finishes with a very long and tasty aftertaste.
It is a very gastronomic product, with which it is easy to match the accompaniment. It can work very well with a plate of ham from the mountains of Huelva, some coquinas in green sauce, or even alone. It is important, however, to take care to drink it always very cold, in order to enjoy to the maximum what it offers us.
A manzanilla that after its tasting deserves the qualification of Very Good, reaching a score of 90 points.
