The wine comes from a specific vineyard called Ronco delle Mele, planted in 1984 on a northwest-facing slope, ideal for preserving aromatic freshness.
A single-varietal Sauvignon Blanc that is not the typical “explosive” New Zealand style. It is much more refined and gastronomic.
