As if this offer were not enough, we must remember that this coming June will see the inauguration of the new Cité des Climats et vins de Bourgogne. After several years of vision, reflection and hard work, led by the Bourgogne Wine Board (BIVB), it will open its doors in Chablis, Beaune and Mâcon in mid-June. This major event will take place in two stages: the gradual opening to the general public and the official inauguration of the network.
