A wine with a very good CPR that is very fresh for tasting, with lots of fruit, very easy to drink. It rests on its lees for a few months before bottling.
A redcurrant color of good intensity, medium robe, clean and bright, with certain bluish reflections in movement of the glass.
Nose of medium intensity, where fresh aromas of red cherries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, rhubarb, accompanied by floral touches. Slight citrus after aerating the glass. Fairly well balanced.
Fresh attack on the palate, slightly dry on the palate. Presence of ripe red fruits, crunchy red fruits and floral hints. Slight hints of strawberries with lemon drops. Good acidity that allows it to leave a fairly lively passage, with a medium body. Not too complex, but very easy to drink, with a medium persistence and a medium finish.
A wine that after tasting deserves the rating of Good, reaching a score of 88 points. Good for ‘copeteo’ in times of heat, as well as pairings with pasta, rice dishes and various fish.
