It is a wine that we could say that its structure has made it reach this tasting in its optimum state, since being from 2017, after 4-5 years in bottle it is already starting to decline.
After a manual harvest, it has alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts. The result is left with the skins for a prolonged maceration of 18 days. Finally it is aged in oak barrels for 15 months (20% new oak).
In view leaves a fairly intense red color, covered, bright and clean, with ruby and russet reflections in movement.
A complex nose of medium to high intensity with a strong presence of tertiary aromas such as hints of tobacco, spices such as cinnamon or cloves, accompanied by hints of fruit, predominantly red fruit with hints of maturity.
Full-bodied attack on the palate, with good acidity, subtle, elegant, and very rounded tannins that subtract some power. The presence of fruit returns with hints of plums and blueberries. Good body and volume, good persistence and quite long finish.
A wine that after tasting deserves the rating of Very Good, reaching a score of 90 points.
